Unlock flexibility you can control, not just flexibility you can be pushed into. This course is designed for dancers, gymnasts, and movement artists who want to build safe, effective, and lasting flexibility through science-based training principles.
Rather than focusing only on passive stretching, this program teaches you how to develop strength, stability, and active control throughout your full range of motion, helping you safely translate flexibility into your dancing and performance.
You’ll learn how the back, hips, pelvis, core, and legs work together to create efficient movement and flexibility, while also identifying areas of weakness, restriction, or imbalance that may be limiting your progress.
Led by Janine Paladin this course combines movement science with practical, easy-to-apply training tools that dancers can immediately integrate into their weekly training.
